Dear all, 

 

I am simulating a simple recycle loop of conversion of benzene to phenol by adding oxygen directly. Everything went well till the benzene to oxygen ratio varies largely with my design ratio. I have looked up online and checked the hysys manual to install a ratio controller, but I could not understand how to. Could anyone please kindly advise me on how to set up the ration controller? 

 

Secondly, during the simulation, an error popped up indicating this error message:-

 

BSI FluidkgTransition object

Stream 9 transfer flash calcs failed. 

 

And the DC page popped up. I thought it was a failure in fluid package transition but I only input a single fluid package.
