First of all I would like to greet all members.

This is my first post on the forum.

I am an operation chemical engineer who just joined a design and consultancy firm. It is my first time in design.

I am supposed to design an LPG system (Storage tanks, piping...etc) that feeds a furnace for rolling aluminium. To be honest I have no clue where to start. Can you be of kind assistance.

Thank you

You really should look to resources within you company, not here. And you should not present yourself as a student.

Designer1,

You can review the API Standard 2510: Design and Construction of LPG Installations.

Bobby,

The company has never worked on such projects before, and learning is a continuous curve is it not?

Napo,

I have looked at all resources available on the internet including API 2510. However, I am seeking expert advice on someone who has worked on such projects.

Thank you
