In HTRI Vibration analysis how following values are calculated. 

1. Length for natural frequency

2. Length/TEMA maximum span
 
or 
 
Where should i search how these values are calculated.

the TEMA maximum span can be calculated from the TEMA Standards ver 9.0. HTRI uses 80% of the TEMA calculated spans as the max allowable before generating a warning. For the Natural frequencies you can please check the HTRI elibrary. Unlike other softwares, HTRI calculations are openly provided in the eLibrary and you can try and calculate everything on a spreadsheet.
