Collect, compress, and recover or liquefy the losses. The integrity of the collection system and the procedural process used will determine the quality of the recovered vent loss. The quality of this recovered vent loss will determine how you can re-use it. A cheap collection system with loose operating procedures may result in sending the recovered loss (argon rich vapors) back to processing (wherever it best fits). An expensive collection system (liquefaction) will give you different options on how to re-use the losses. Use it to pre-chill the bulk tankers, or send it back to product storage (highest quality) or refining (medium quality).

What is the pressure difference that you are maintaining between Ar Tank and the mobile tanker? Why not trying to reducing that dP.
