Dear All,

Actually, I am newbie in this forum. I need help to finish my final report about Production of Biodiesel/FAME from Esterification of Fatty Acid. In the reference, Its using Counter Current Tower Reactor/Multi Tray Reactor with 2 line product in Overhead and Bottom Stream. But I dont know how to design this reactor.
And I wonder if Bottom Stream of the reactor contain FAME,excess Methanol,excess Fatty Acid, and Water, can i use evaporator and centrifuge to purify the FAME?or it must be a distillation column?
