I need advise on modeling a liquid ring compressor in HYSYS (Dynamics). As of now, I have modelled the liquid flow using a centrifugal pump and the gas using a reciprocating compressor. I am getting good results and correct dynamic behaviour but I was wondering if there is an alternate way of doing this.
