Dear Said,

You could use Ammine Package as it is frequently used for handling ammonia related system.

Many Thanks

Dear Said,

Normally NRTL property package is quite suitable for ammonia recovery. However, as the operating pressure is quite high, you can try with RKS-BM property method , you will get a good convergence.

Amine package is for AMDEA solution and not for ammonia service.

Kind regards,

Satyajit

Dear Satyajit,
I will be using Aspen Hysys for the simulation purpose and I could not find RKS-BM property package. Do you suggest any other alternative from Hysys?

ProMax would be a good alternative to model this. I don't know exactly how good they are for this particular column, but I imagine it would be pretty good. Send their support group an email. They are normally very responsive with this sort of thing.
