Is there any formula to calculate moisture in ppm with dew point analyser reading especially in the platformer recycle gas?

Where I work a method is used to compensate the combustion air flow to compensate for moisture content, this is based on an electronic sensor measurement (simple) of the outside air. Our PROBLEM is that the value obtained needs a HELL of a formula to process it (basically a BIG nested formula to approximate a curve).

I bet you'll need more specific data on the gas (mixture) in your system, BOTH to obtain a workable calculation method AND to determine which sensor you have to use to obtain measurements for it.

You can download a freeware calculator from www.phymetrix.com that will perform all of these conversions.

Hope this helps!
