Hi,
i'm a beginner while working with ChemCAD and so I need to familiarize with the program.

Anyway, I tried to simulate a rektifikation with a SCDS column. Everythink worked fine instead of the reflux ratio. I need to simulate the rektifikation with a special reflux ratio from 5:1 and 10:1. The problem is, that I cannot find the option for setting the right reflux ratio.

Phoenix,

When double-clicking SCDS column in the flowsheet, there should be one special menu to appear. Under "Specifications" tab and "Condenser option" from the drop-down list select "Reflux ratio (R/D)", and give an initial estimation whichever you want.
