I am trying to prepare ethanol. ethylene and water is reacted in stoichiometric reactor with 90% conversion of ethylene.
so the product stream has small % of unreacted ethylene.

i want to seperate this ethylene and ethanol-water stream using flash column with three outputs.

but no separation on the basis of specific gravity is getting in bottom two output streams.
The output stream on right side of the column is showing zero flow rate.

when i looked in help they referred to select LLV MODEL AND WATER IMMISCIBLE which i did in the Kvalues menu. still there is no change in the result i get.

can anyone help me with this.....
