Hi !

I would like to know that if we need to fill Propylene into LPG tanks (or Vice versa )..what are the things that needs to be carried out for adequacy checks.Design of the vessel will be for a Particular design pressure and Temp.

also if we need to change PSV on vessel (Propylene will exert higher vapor pressure at same temparature).

I dont think that density change will make any difference because spheres/Bullets are already designed for bearing water(Hydrotesting ).

Please Elaborate and please add what you feel is related to above mentioned subject.

If you are proposing to convert LPG vessels into Propylene use, why don't you tell the readers what the original process conditions are and what the PROPOSED CONDITIONS are also - so that we all don't have to do the meticulous searching of the properties through the Thermo database. You surely have already done this work; so, why don't you share your data with us? It is the least thing you could do when you are asking for assistance.

Await your reply.
