Hi,

I am designing an autothermal reformer for my design project however due to many reactions occur in the reactor I don't know how to progress.

In my project I am using LPG (Propane, butane), air and water as feed to the reactor, in reactor 6 reactions take place,

1-oxidation of butane
2-oxidation of propane
3- reforming of butane
4- reforming of propane
5- co shift reaction
6-methanation reaction

because of thise reactions it is very hard for me to find a suitable catalyst weight (or reactor volume for the ATR) in addition to that I don't know the rection rate constants for each of these reactions. I have conversions of those reactions, inlet and outlet stream compositions therefore what I think is, If I find the volume of a real autothermal reformer I can adapt the volume of ATR dependantly.

Can you give me any information about where I can find such data? or any other advices

thank you
