Hi

I need to heat a 98% sucrose and water mixture and would like to calculate a heat value in kJ/kg. Is there any way to combine the two heat capacities into a relative heat capacity for the mixture?

thanks

I know this is not the real answer you need, but you might find something that helps you at

Your query is not conceptually concieveable by me;
as Sucrose crystals do have water of hydration and total water contents of normal sucrose might be more than 2% I understand.
Kindly re-think/re-phrase.
