hi everyone.

i am doing a plant design project on acetone production. i am responsible for the sizing of the reactor but i do not have the reaction kinetics for all the primary and side reactions. there are two side reactions and i have searched through many journal databases but have only managed to find one of them.

i am using the following reactions:

The desired main reaction:

CH3-CHOH-CH3 -> CH3-CO-CH3 + H2 (1)
isopropyl alcohol (IPA) acetone (AC) (HY)

The side reaction:

2 CH3-CHOH-CH3 -> (CH3)2CH-O-CH(CH3)2 + H2O (2)
2 IPA di-isopropyl ether (DE) (WA)

CH3-CHOH-CH3 -> CH2=CH-CH3 + H2O (3)
IPA propylene (PY) WA

from my search, i can find the relevant kinetics on certain catalysts for reaction (1) and (3) together but not including (2). Can anyone suggest some sources that I can turn to?
