Dear sirs,
I had a doubt in arrangement of sequence of NRV & Block valve.In that which will come first and why.
I had seen most of the Piping & Instrument diagram NRV first & block valve second, if we change the sequence what will happen.Please explain.

As an example, in pump discharge line NRV should be located first for ease of its maintenance.If you found other cases,please submit.
