Hello!!!

I desperately need help to find the ideal storage conditions for a 91%wt ethanol stream for my design research project. I have no idea how I'll determine it especially because we have assumed that the ethanol must be maintained in the liquid phase (for simplication only, we are second year).

Please!! If anyone can help!!!

Thank you

At normal ambient conditions ethanol at this concentration is liquid, and is routinely stored in carbon steel tanks at atmospheric pressure. Check your local regulations on whether you need to have water and/or foam sprays for fire protection - most likely this will be required.
