Dear Sir,
Will you please explain me the flow characteristics of concentric and eccentric reducer.Which one is better for control valve, why. Please guide me this.

It depends on your fluid. If there's a chance your fluid will phase separate, choose an eccentric reducer and put the flat side such that the minor phase (by volume) will not accumulate. I.e. if solids will precipitate out and it's rho is heavy, the flat side goes down and if gas will evolve from a liquid, the flat side goes up. If there's no chance your fluid will phase separate, choose a concentric reducer.
