How to calculate and find out permissiable vacuum drop in the system , if there is methanol in my system.
Please suugest me if there is any formulae claculation.

There is no formula calculation nor any absolute answer to your question. Vacuum is expensive to generate and maintain; high vacuum levels can be very expensive. To minimize "vacuum drop", you need larger lines, which cost you. Perform an economic analysis to determine the optimum size to use.
