Can anyone please tell me how to find the specific heat capacity of H2SiF6 and how to calculate the heat of mixing

Have you heard of the 'Joback Group contribution method' for determining thermodynamic properties of any chemical based on its molecular structure. Here is an interesting link to get you started. Also look up the NIST database available free on the web:
