Dear ANKUR i would like to know from where you take the Corrected venting rate for other liquids 

Vcorr = (3098*Vem) / ((Mother0.5)*Lother)

The equations presented in the spreadsheet including the one you are enquiring about are all taken from the "Chemical Engineering" magazine article "Understanding Atmospheric Storage Tanks" by "Siddhartha Mukherhee".
