As far as I know, for a 2-phase line sizing erosional velocity is the limiting velocity criteria as per API 14E, Norsok stds.

But in your spreadsheet you have mentioned 5000 foot/min as the limiting velocity criteria. Can you please give the reference code/standard with respect to the same or if you can elaborate your calculation that'll be great.

I didn't actually produce this spreadsheet and I can't find the original author (usually we try to put that in the workbooks).  Therefore, we need someone to research a reasonable velocity limit and maybe append the workbook accordingly.
