Design Of Distillation Column

How to design a distillation column for ethanol-water component by the feed of 95℅ solvent and the product of 99.5℅ solvent for 10KL per day.can anybody give me some idea about it

To learn how to process design a distillation column you can do a variety of things:

 

• You can take a first year chemical engineering Unit Operations course in a university that offers such a study;
• You can purchase and study a book on the subject;  some books are:

Hi,

I need help in designing a small scale ethanol distillation column. I'm not sure on what steps and calculations to follow. I have only decided to use valve trays. It would be a great help if someone could guide me on how do the design calculations.
