Hysys Error Save Format

Who can help me with HYSYS 9.0 error when trying to save .XML file extensión?

And some errors after i save some .hsc simulations, and after that HYSYS it is not able to open again, it says: Unable to read the file.

Solution:

After 13 days with that....now it is solved.

Just simple

I just got the same error. Can someone help with how to solve this error file?
