Lng Vaporizer Isolation Valve Installation

Hello, I have a question with respect to the isolation valve installation standard for LNG Vaporizer.

As per NFPA 59A 2013 edition, where the heated vaporizer is located less than 50 ft from the heat source, it shall have an automatic shutoff valve in the LNG liquid line located at least 10 ft from the vaporizer.

Would you tell me why an automatic shutoff valve shall be located at least 10 ft from the vaporizer?

Because the NFPA committee thinks it's a good idea. They probably took a vote to establish the distance.

If the isolation valve location shall be considered in accordance with NFPA, can I install it 50 ft from the vaporizer?

What's the reason automatic isolation valve should not be located within 10 ft from the vaporizer?

It's obvious the automatic SDV should be located outside the fire zone to be closed remotely to prevent feeding fire by LNG in fire case; of course if it has to be located inside fire zone it shall be fireproofed one not to be damaged when is engulfed in a pool fire...
