Dears:

 

we want to know caustic tank internal need coating or not?

Hi ,

My experience with caustic soda has "always" been Carbon steel for NaoH 32% and 48%. Pay extremely attention to the quality of the welds and the material used for welding (rods) . More details in the pamphlet attached .

 

The only exception ,with steel lined was because issue with coloration of the final product .

 

Insulation and tracing need to be considered .
