Compressed oxygen gas is supplied at 26 bar to reactor ,in case of tripping of rector the oxygen is to be vented so that pressure is maintained 26 bar. PSV is already provided I pipe line

 

Operating condition flow: 14000 kg/hr ,Pressure  :26 bar,Temp : 35 Deg C,Pipe line: 400 NB

 

I need to design the vent size ,please provide the guidance for calculation.

Consider the link above to support your work .

You will need an orifice or a control valve to manage the flow . 

Note : what is the quantity accumulated in the head space to be  released ?
