Treatment Of Waste Gases Release From The Process Unit

I am working on crude oil topping unit project to increase the Flash point of the Crude from 40 DEG C TO 60  DEG C in flash vessel. please find attached Process flow diagram for the  unit along with stream properties are mentioned there. I had also attached Product data sheet  for ready reference.

in this process , waste gases ( Non condensing gases ) will be Generated which needs further treatment. I discussed with end user regarding this. end user instructed that consider suitable measure for the Treatment of the gases in the design except flaring. ( Flaring is not allowed due to local authority regulations)

I am requesting to help me in this matter. what are the Other Possible ways/ type fort he Treatment of the waste gases other than flaring.

yes . the gas composition details are not described in the SIMULATION report.  how one can find the gas composition details by running the analysis ?  please find attached Product data sheet and Desired specification for Bottom and Condensate product for more details. the Non condensable gases / heavy gases coming out of the Flash vessel needs to be Treated. suitable measures shall be implemented for the Treatment of the Gases. client is not allowing to do flaring of the gases due to environmental issues. one of the Option that I am thinking is to use this gases as Fuel for firing of the Burner of the Heater unit of hot oil package. Hot oil is  use to increase the Temperature of Feed in the feed heater. I require advice/ suitable measures for  gas treatment.
