Okay. I can accept that as a premise that you have a reactor that defies the laws of thermodynamics since I have read science fiction novels. To your immediate question of 'how do i get low pressure steam to 650 C?' then the answer is to use a fired heater. The combustion products from the fired furnace will supply the temperature you need to heat the steam. The next questions would be along the lines of 'what materials of construction should I use to transfer heat and contain the low pressure, high temperature steam?' and 'how do I keep the steam from cooling off from 650 C before it enters the reactor?' I haven't read enough science fiction to know those answers.

Ask my lecturer that question, he helped me to design it.

Well, I don't know your lecturer. I hope my answer was helpful. The details of a real engineering process can require design changes as iteration. In your case, you can probably get away with some hand waving and documenting your assumptions. Would you mind revealing the part of the world where you are getting your education?

The lecturer is meant to have reviewed our section on heat and mass balance and give us feedback but that didn't happen so basically I had to continue with the data given
