Hi....

I need help about certain things in Hysys

1) I want to desing Venturi & Cyclonic Scrubbers?
2) How I can add Phosphorus Pentaoxide (P2O5) & Hydro Fluosilicic acid(H2SiF6) ?
3) How I can add Tri Calcium Phosphate ?

Kindly help me out, i want to simulate Single Super Phosphate Plant,...............

1. I want to desing Venturi & Cyclonic Scrubbers?
Answer : I'm sure HYSYS can not do up to this level of advance, but you can manipulate by having a prssure drop at the inlet and also some carry over setup. I suggest you to try to make some study for the yield of product that you can obtain by this kind of separator further and try to manipulate it on HYSYS separator unit operation

2. How I can add Phosphorus Pentaoxide (P2O5) & Hydro Fluosilicic acid(H2SiF6) ?
Answer : Have you try on Aspen Properties package for HYSYS, this feature is support from Version 7.0 and I guess you have to do some setup in order to use this, but I have no problem using it on Aspen Engineering V.7.2 This Aspen Properties Database has more than several thousands of Component, Son this component may have been included in this data base

3. How I can add Tri Calcium Phosphate ?
Answer : same as the above answer
