Dear Sir / Madam

I have simple and basic questions about Pre-commissioning. As I know, Pre-commissioning begins after mechanical completion for a portion of a facility

After plant start precommissiong,
1. How to find the air source in the platform to be connectted to the pipe we requried to clean (if pipe requried to be clean located in the platform)
to blow dry air?

2. What kind of air should we used if we need to dry the remining water in the pipe ( after all water flush step finished)
ex. hot dry air or cold air?

3. How can we determine that dry air or service water is good or safe enough to clean the process pipe?
Or it is depended on the fluind carrying in the pipe. If the process fluid is running in the pipe, we should always use
service water to clean the pipe?

Could anyone kindly provide some guideline or information to me?

Thank you very much.

Regards,
