Hello.

I am currently an intern at an oil and gas consultant company, and was asked to perform hydraulic calculation of a mini plant. I have gone through some references on the net and books, however, i am a bit confused on how to exactly perform it.

how can i know that the pump at the pipeline gives sufficient pressure for the liquid/gas flow? where can i start the calculation, i mean, ignore the existence of the pump along the pipelines or account only after the pump? also, do i need to do it at all lines?

hoping to get informative reply soon. thanks!
