We are facing a problem of fuel gas burner tip choking in a crude fired heater?So Our burners required cleaning very frequently.The fuel used in Burners are Refinery Gases.Please suggest How to minimize this problem?

refinery gases... from which units?

if you have problem only in the CDU heater and not in the other your Refinery Fuel Gas is not mixed.

did you look for NH3 content in the burning gas?

did you analyze the dirty accumulated on the burner tips?

Refinery Gases is from CDU.

we was analyze Nothing in refinery gases ? it might be a sulphur contents...

Suggest which testing we will carried out to diagnose the problem and minimize this issue?
