Hello,
i need help about CEPCI index for my design project.i need to know how calculating this number? how can i convert this indices for my country because this indices data's (CPI,PPI,Labor Cost etc.) from Bureau of labor statistics.

For example;
@2001 Jan.
" Heat Exchangers and tanks " cost index is 367.7
" Heat Exchangers and tanks " weight factor 0.338

What is equation between cost index and weight factor?
