Hi everybody

in purpose of synthesis titanium dioxide (TiO2) by Sol-gel process . the hydrolysis of titanium tetraisopropoxide(TTIP) is carried out by water.

I want to know if titanium tetraisopropoxide is soluble in water and required time to synthesize titanium dioxide by Sol-gel.
