 Hello,
I've been consulting this forum for about a year and this is my first interaction. I'm currently doing my graduation project in process engineering about the design of a biodiesel plant, and while designing a vacuum flash separation unit to evaporate methanol, i was obliged to search further information about air ejectors to create vacuum, and to discharge into an air cooled condenser. The operating pressure in the vessel is 0.01 bara. I would some help finding some information to estimate the flow rate and pressure of the motive fluid ( which is compressed air in my case) and the discharge pressure .

Thank you sir for your answer,

I have checked the document, it has indeed good information, but i've found that the maximum suction pressure that we can achieve is 6 in Hg(abs) with their products (GH and GL jet pumps  ). In my case i have to reach 0.3 in Hg and the suction flow rate is near 35ft3/min.

Perhaps you should review the necessary operating pressure.

You may request an access to their online calculator .

Note : To get very low pressure you need to have sereval ejectors in series .
