These are the subjects that I have or will be covering for my undergraduate course in Chemical Engineering. Since different universities have different course structures, I would like to know if I am missing out on something important.

These are the subjects:
Fluid mechanics
Heat transfer
Mechanical operations
Industrial stoichiometry
Energy technology
Mass transfer
Chemical engineering thermodynamics
Chemical reaction engineering
Machine design
Chemical process technology
Environmental engineering
Transport phenomena
Instrumentation and process control
Numerical methods for chemical engineering
Petrochemical technology
Total quality management
Industrial safety and hazard analysis
Project engineering

It may be kept in mind that I am aiming to get into an industry rather than academics or research. Please let me know if I'm missing out on anything.

That looks well rounded to me.

Except your list is void of chemistry, physics, and math courses. Which usually make up 1/3 of your education. And, you should check the curriculum for a BS Che from the University of Houston. The last 4 in your list are a waste of your time. You need to focus on fundamentals. And you should find time for a computer science course. This will be beneficial in learning how to organize stuff.
