Hello All Please does the vacuum system of the steam turbine condenser run continuously or it stops running when vacuum is established during start up?

It will run continuously to eliminate non-condensable in the steam turbine condensing system for maintaining of specified vacuum.

Theoadu,

The hogging ejectors will be stopped after start up completion i.e. reaching almost operating vacuum and at the same time operating electors are getting started to provide and maintain the required vacuum continuously.

Startup ejector that vent to atmosphere

 

First five results in my case (results vary from country to country) are correct in their description.
