Hello.
For the natural gas transportation, I want to transport by the trailer under the following conditions.

Temperature : Ambient temperature (= max. 35ºC)
Filling Pressure : max. 500bar
Cylinder Type : Type 4

I have investigated the relevant regulations but can't found that limits.
In general, I know that does not filling pressure more than 300 bar, but i wonder what exactly causes it.

Are you a practicing engineer?  If so, I can explain what you want to do is limited by practical factors.

You cannot get involved in the CNG (compressed natural gas) business unless you know what you are talking about and what you are proposing to do.

If you are in South Korea I would presume there are safety and transportation codes and regulations that you must abide by.  I don't know whose idea it is to use compressed gas tubes rated at 500 Bargs, and I would presume you know enough to allow for obtaining the proper compressor equipment to do the job of filling such tubes.  I have never seen a tube rated at that high a pressure.  I have used tubes rated to 3,500 psig as a maximum.  I understand that Linde has last year announced that they have tubes that will withstand the 500 Bargs of pressure.  I have no information whether this would be acceptable by Korean laws or USA laws for local transportation.

For general information on compressed gas tube trailers go to:
https://en.wikipedia...en_tube_trailer
http://www.soetanto....ube-trailer.htm
http://www.weldship.com/superjumbo.php

You say you want to transport the CNG at 500 Bargs.  What you want is one thing; what you are permitted to do may be another.

A safe and reliable compression capability may be another problem.  The standard, maximum filling pressure of tube trailers I have seen is 3,500 psig.  I have uploaded a lot of information on this operation in our Forums throughout the years and this may be downloaded  through our Search Engine.

500 bar(7251 psi)  is a very big pressure.

I can´t imagine the $$$$ of compressor.

Normaly I see natural gas distribution in ducts(underground) in México and Spain.

And in tube trailers LP GAS

I will follow this post
