Hi everyone, I'm writing a report about the industrial production of automotive catalytic converters and I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge in this area or if you could point me in the right direction of any resources about this topic?

 

I'm currently struggling to find much specific information about the manufacture of these such as the process steps, operational conditions, the process units (reactor, separator etc.).

you have preparation methods from academic reasearch labs like in "Catalyst Preparation Science and Engineering" by John Regalbuto

 

I doubt you will find any publicly available information about equipment and process conditions to produce catalyst on a commercial scale.

Yes, I've gathered as much from trying to research it. Very difficult to get any info on manufacturing processes for this. We all got different research topics and it seems I drew the short straw this time.
