Dear all.

Recently i start a project for big quantity (million ton) acidic recycle oil sludge.i wish to change these material to usable bitumen or any other  products .

I read the available process for converting these sludge to usable hydrocarbon products as bitumen and used oil.As you know using caustic considering price project can not be feasible.

A s this project is very important to prevent  environmental pollution ,please if you give me any advise or you experience ,i will be thankful .
