Hi

I am working on a project which aims to recover part of flare gas from knock out drum by using ejector. Motive (HP) gas to ejector are taken from upstream cooler EA-2 and suction (LP) from knock out drum .Discharge gas at intermediate pressure is sent to upstream cooler EA-1. Since ejector connect second and third stage compressor, there is a concern about settle out pressure of 3rd stage compressor will over pressurize  CD-2. I attached a sketch of process.I appreciate if you have any suggestion.

Anahid:

It is very positive that you have furnished a flow diagram for the system you are trying to describe in your post.  Your written description is very difficult to understand without the use of the flow diagram.  Words can never efficiently describe a process as an accurate and detailed diagram can.  However, note that I mention the adjective "detailed".  You don't furnish labels for each of the valves/instruments/ equipment in your diagram and that makes it harder for the responding member to make comments on your diagram and proposed project.

It would be very fruitful and positive for you to label each of the items mentioned above on your diagram and re-submit it so that our members can review and critique your proposed project in a detailed and easily explained manner.  You will get more comments - detailed, and accurate - when you make it easier for our members to study and make comments on your product diagram.
