¿What specifically are you looking for?

Bag handling equipment to avoid dust?

In this case the use of a bag dump station with an exhaust fan and dust collector is fine unless your local environmental permitting agency calls for something else, like a scrubber.

Disposition of empty bags?

A good practice is to separate them from other waste on dedicated containers together with the disposable clothing operators should wear when emptying bags.

It is a hazardous waste and has to disposed in an authorized facility.

Treatment of a liquid stream that is contaminated with antimony trioxide?

I cannot help on this.

Spill remediation?

Same answer as before.

Dear Saml, thank you!

The issue is exactly your #1: avoid dust.

Thank you for your considerations. I was really thinking in a bag dump station and a fan.

Thank you again!
