Dear all,

I'd like to know what is the sampling configuration practiced in your plants for viscous products?

Specifically, a few questions:

- if the sample is hot, do you use a sample cooler? how do you take sample if sample is cold for high pour products?

- is there flushing of the viscous product before taking sample to clear out remnants in the line? where is viscous product flushed to?

My concern is actually how does it help temperature wise?

Temperature will still be high and unfortunately I can't cool this down or the temperature will be lower than pour point
