Does anybody here works with coal tar pitch and could exchange knowledge?

I would like to know how are the venting be treated, which methods are used for atmospheric emission (burning, gas treatment, etc).

 

In other hands, which kind of security accessories are used in these kind of tanks (hydraulic seal, PRV, etc).

 

I am working on a coal tar pitch tank with 385 Celsius and i need to size all this components.

I believe the safety process is the same applied in bitumen storage tanks or asphalt storage tanks.

I´m courious about the type of overpressure or vacuum dispositives used by others.

Anybody here uses hydraulic seal to prevent overpressure or vacuum?
