Hi, I am attempting to capture CO2 with the use of MEA for a design project. I was wondering if there is a maximum flow rate that can be handled by an absorber?

Also, when do I know if my absorber is too large, and I should be using more than 1?

Hello Gillis,

You can guess what will limit the flow rate in the absorber- diameter, height, concentration, temperature, pressure, velocity of liquid, velocity of gas or both ?
