Dear Colleagues 

I have question about the fence around utility plant 

We have utility plant included of nitrogen plant waste water treatment plant water treatment plant 

We want to use the fence around water treatment plant to separate the from other utility

My question is how many vehicular gate and personnel gate need around this water treatment fence 

Second question, truck for loading and unloading need to go through the water treatment plant if we consider the road in to the plant, road with 8 meter width is enough? Or we need to consider 10 meter width road

Do we have any standard for number of gate and width of road?
