Hi. This is Cho.

 

While calculating compressor's settle-out condition, I've got one thing that needs your advice.

When we talk about settle-out condition, Only settle-out "pressure" is only a matter of consideration.

Because settle-out pressure gives information of minimum design pressure of low pressure side in closed loop.

 

How about settle-out temperature?

Settle-out temperature is also calculated from result of simulation or spread sheet.

Do I have to increase design temperature of suction KO drum if settle-out temperature exceeds design temp.?

 

Your advice or any reference will be great appreciated.
