hi, i need your help  to find a relation ( schema, book) between the heat transfer (the decreasing of the temperature) in heat exchanger (shell and tube) and the flow of the cold stream f(t°c of outlet hot stream)= flow of the cold stream), that mean if i increas the flow of the cold stream i get the decreasing of the hot stream, and until when?, and after that can i get the decreasing of  temperature of the outlet hot stream or no ?. thank you.
