Hi,

I am currently working on a gas processing plant offer in which the maximum CO2 content in the raw gas shall be taken at 0.22 mole% and 0 PPM of H2S. The salinity level in water is up to 210g/L. Operating temperature of the fluid is 37-60°c and operating pressure is 10-57 bara. Client has asked to select appropriate / suitable CRA (corrosion Resistant Alloy) metallurgy of material. Can any one help me in the selection of MOC based on the above mentioned conditions of fluid.

for inlet separators (slug catchers) , gaz /liquid coalescer ,liquid/liquid coaliscer

. Can i go with CS + SS 316 cald , or CS+ DSS clad , or CS + alloy 825/625 clad or cs + coating with Belzona 1391S/1391T on theses fluid conditions.

thanks

dear Breizh;

thanks for your help

but only I ask you if the coating the CS by Belzona 1391S/1391T(epoxy) is the best for the inlet separator working at max 57 bara and around 60°c  the steam is natural gas (80% mol CTH4 , 5% N2 , 0.22% mol CO2 ,8%mol C2H6 ,the rest is C3,C4 and C5+) with high salinity water (max 210g/l).

another proposition is the CS with DSS CLAD

thanks

hello;

witch material selection is suitable For AFC ; operations conditions P= 59 bara ,inlet temperature= 140 °c  ,outelt temperature = 60°c  fluid = naturel gas with  Ch4= 80%   C2 ,C3 ,C4 ,C5+   , N2 ,   water = 5% mol ,CO2 = 0.22% mol
