There seems to be more of these crude condensate process units being built these days. I am currently employed as a console operator for a new crude condensate unit. It consist of, a Pre-Fractionator, the overhead feeds the Depropanizer, Debutanizer.
The Pre-Frac. Bottoms Feeds the Main Fractionation column, the cuts are ATB, Diesel, Kero, Heavy Naphtha. We are using natural gas as stripping gas. My question is how would be the best way to raise the flash on the kero? Also how should the internal reflux and pumparounds be used without flooding the column?

Surely you must have a process engineer who can provide proper operating instructions.
